Working Principle
The Ultrafine grinder is a equipment that uses air separation, heavy-pressure grinding, shearing, and other functions to grind materials. The powder fineness can be directly adjusted within the range of 80-320 mesh. The grinder is mainly composed of a crushing chamber, grinding wheel, grinding rail, fan, material collection system, etc. When the material enters the crushing chamber from the feed port, it will be crushed, sheared, and ground by the grinding wheel. The ground materials are taken out of the crushing chamber by the negative pressure airflow and enter the material collection system. At the same time, the air is filtered by the filter bag and then discharged, and the materials and dust are collected.
